Warsaw. By the decision of the Polish President, Izydor Schulz is part of the mass conscription.

A reserve officer, lieutenant engineer Izydor Schulz from the corps of engineers and sappers and the 4th battalion of sappers is transferred to the mass national conscription1

Mass mobilisation was the third form of the military service – apart from active military service and reserve service – intended only for reserve officers over 50 years old. This service lasted until the end of the year in which the officer turned sixty2.
