Born in 1978. A graduate of Chemistry Faculty at the University of Gdańsk, she holds a D.Sc. in Chemistry, and is a member of the Polish Chemical Society.
Her academic specialisations are heavy metals in galvanic deposits and soils, the methods of recovery of heavy metals from industrial sludge, and renewable sources of energy. She is the author and co-author of a number of articles and scientific statements. Since 2006, she has worked at the University of Gdańsk – first as an Assistant to the Vice-Rector for Teaching Affairs. In 2008–2015 she was the Head of Administration at the Faculty of Languages, and since 2015 she has been the Head of the Office of Research and International Cooperation. For several years, she has been concentrating on theoretical and practical problems of higher education, its structures, system and academic degrees, as well as on the methods of preparation and implementation of educational, research and organizational projects supported by the EU, governmental and other types of funds. She is an active member of the Jantar UG Song and Dance Ensemble.
