Stanisławów (now Iwano-Frankiwsk). Bruno Schulz’s eldest nephew is born.

The firstborn child of Izydor and Regina Schulz is born in an apartment at ul. Kraszewskiego 3, in the presence of the midwife Jetti Gefall. According to the entry in the certificate, Regina Schulz is temporarily in her hometown, and Izydor is a city engineer in Drohobych at that time. The parents would name the boy Wilhelm1.
