Warsaw. “Rzeczpospolita” publishes “Oil Survey”, in which Izydor Schulz participates.

The survey concerns the bad situation of oil industry in Poland. Outstanding professionals, including engineer Schulz, a representative of the joint-stock company “Galicja”, are asked to speak. In the opinion of Izydor Schulz, the cause of the crisis in this industry, manifested by a decline in oil production, is an unfavourable price policy. Too low prices of Polish oil make its production unprofitable – both for domestic and foreign capital1.
