Vienna. Bruno Schulz goes to the cash desk of the Central Agency for Aid for War Refugees from Galicia and Bukovina at Zirkussgasse 5 to collect the allowance.

The allowance he received was 46 krone and hellers 80, which was 9 krone more than the normal allowance of 37 krone and 80 hellers. Possibly, it was a housing allowance or money intended for a move, because the next day he moved to the tenement house at Seegasse 27.
